ADC Infrastructure Limited are a consultancy providing transport planning and infrastructure design. ADC Infrastructure are commissioned to provide both transport planning and water management advice in support of the application.
A detailed Transport Assessment and Travel Plan are being prepared to support the application. The reports are informed by the relevant local and national policies.
The proposed development would be accessed via a new priority-controlled T-junction to Brandon Close. The opportunities for sustainable travel and the impact of the proposed development on the operation of the local highway network will be assessed in the Transport Assessment. Where there are adverse impacts, measures will be introduced to mitigate those impacts.
The Travel Plan will set targets to reduce the vehicle trips generated by the development by encouraging the uptake of sustainable travel and will include measures and incentives to meet those targets.
